Undergraduate Enrollment at NASNTIs
In 2016, there were 26 Native American-Serving Nontribal Institutions (NASNTIs) enrolling over 63,216 undergraduate students. Of these, 12 were public two-year colleges. American Indian or Alaska Native students represented 16.8 percent of all undergraduate students enrolled in NASNTIs in fall 2016, the second largest racial or ethnic group, behind White students (50.1 percent).
